Since monkey has brought up the topic

who drops them?
all vanguards in nc, and ec pq mobs drop them.
that also includes these swordmen.. etc around the deva king vanguard.
the vanguards vary from sm-gb(correct me if i'm wrong)
and the ec pq mobs are ec7~ec11.
